We prepare our treats in small batches. For items out of stock or marked with preorder, we may take 1-2 weeks to restock & ship them out. Depending on order size, your order may take up to 4 weeks. Free shipping applies to all orders above $80.

We only use SFA approved meat aka human grade meat & pet safe ingredients to prepare your order. Fruits & vegetables are sourced freshly from our supermarkets! we do not use any form of preservatives, additives & fillers to prepare our treats. do note that there may be a difference in color, size, thickness & shape due to hand preparation & natural ingredients being used.

Once storing it into the refrigerator, please avoid leaving it out to avoid condensation which increases the risk of contamination, growth of bacteria & mould. Keep ALL treats sealed in airtight container, in a cool & dry place. DEHYDRATED TREATS Refrigeration/freezer storage is required upon receiving. You can store treats in the refrigerator up to 1 month and 3 months in the freezer. FREEZE DRIED TREATS Refrigeration is optional but always recommended. However for certain treats, we recommend fridge storage, best to refer to individual product listings! Best kept in a opaque and airtight container. Freeze dried treats can last up to 6 months or more if unopened or otherwise stated. Feel free to rehydrate treats with water or broth. (Try to avoid rehydrating with hot water as it may cause treats lose nutrients.) ​

FREEZE DRYING Freeze-drying, also known as lyophilization, is a process in which water in the form of ice under low pressure is removed from a material by sublimation. A 'natural' process that retains nutrients! DEHYDRATED all of our dehydrated treats are gently dehydrated for minimally 18-24hours to ensure that it's fully dried and minimizing the loss of nutrients. 100% handmade by us!

Lead Time: 2-3 months in advanced preferred due to manpower limitations & machine limitations. All customised treats have a minimum order requirement!
