Storage Instructions

To maintain the freshness and safety of your treats, please follow these storage guidelines:

General Tips:

• Always keep all treats sealed
  in an airtight container and store them in a cool, dry place.
• Ensure hands are always dry before touching the treats!
• If storing treats in the refrigerator, avoid leaving them out for extended periods. Condensation can increase the risk of contamination, bacterial growth, and mold.
  

Dehydrated Treats:

• Refrigeration or freezer storage is highly recommended upon receiving your order.
• Treats can be kept up to 3 months or longer if stored in the refrigerator.

Freeze Dried Treats

• Refrigeration is optional but always recommended.
• For certain products, refrigeration is required—please refer to the individual product listings for specific instructions.
• Store in an opaque, airtight container for best results.
• Freeze Dried treats can do well up to six months or more if stored properly!

Rehydration Instructions:
To rehydrate, soak treats in cool or room-temperature water or broth.

Avoid using hot water, as it can reduce the treats’ nutritional value.

We use only SFA-approved, human-grade meat and pet-safe ingredients in our treats. Fruits and vegetables are freshly sourced from local supermarkets.

No preservatives, additives, or fillers are used in our preparation.

Please note, there may be slight variations in color, size, thickness, and shape due to hand preparation and natural ingredients.

Freeze-Drying:
Freeze-drying preserves nutrients by removing water through sublimation under low pressure. Most items on our website are freeze-dried, unless otherwise specified (e.g., "Gingerbread Jerky," which is dehydrated).

Dehydration:
Our dehydrated treats are gently dried for 18-24 hours to retain maximum nutrients, especially in marinated jerky.

All treats are 100% handmade in Singapore with human-grade ingredients.
