20. Product Use & Disclaimer

You understand and acknowledge that most products offered on this site are processed through freeze-drying or dehydration, using only human-grade meats, seafood, and other natural ingredients.

While many of our products are labeled as single-protein or limited-ingredient, you understand that cross-contact may occur. All items are produced in the same kitchen and may be processed using the same equipment, such as freeze-drying machines. We will always do our best to minimize the risk of cross-contact; however, allergies, sensitivities, or food intolerances may still occur, even with clearly labeled products.

It is your responsibility to read and comply with all product labels, warnings, and directions before offering any product to your pet. You agree to always supervise your pet when feeding any treat or chew.

Products sold on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease and should not be considered a replacement for professional veterinary advice.
