Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Each treat is made in small batches, often customized to order, to ensure freshness and quality. As such, we are unable to resell or restock returned items.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item), please contact us via email (fluffballs.sg@gmail.com) or IG DM within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We’ll do our best to make it right.
